Property Management App

I developed a comprehensive Property Management System serving as a full-featured marketplace for real estate transactions. The platform currently manages 200+ properties and enables landlords and tenants to handle rentals, automated payments, property listings, document management, and maintenance requests seamlessly.

The application features advanced marketplace functionality supporting rental agreements, property sales, and joint venture (JV) deals. I integrated automated Stripe payments processing $50K+ monthly transactions, including automated rent collection, security deposits, late fees, and refund processing. The system sends automated reminders, generates invoices, and maintains complete transaction history.

Built using React Native CLI for the mobile app and NestJS microservices for the backend, the system provides a highly scalable architecture handling 5,000+ daily active users. MongoDB stores all property data, user profiles, transaction records, documents, and analytics with optimized indexing for fast queries. The platform includes features like property search with filters, map-based listings, document upload and management, maintenance request tracking, and comprehensive reporting dashboards.

Additional features include automated lease generation, tenant screening integration, property photo galleries, virtual tour support, rating and review system, notification system for important updates, and multi-language support for international users.
