Cross Border

Cross Border is an innovative gifting application I developed that enables users to send gifts to their loved ones in other countries. The platform features a dual-sided architecture serving both customers and delivery riders, with web scraping capabilities and chatbot integration for enhanced user experience.

Built using React Native CLI, the app provides separate interfaces for customers and riders. Customers can browse gift options, place orders, and track international deliveries, while riders can manage deliveries, accept orders, and optimize their routes. The backend is powered by NestJS with MongoDB, handling complex cross-border logistics, payment processing, and real-time tracking.

The platform includes web scraping functionality to gather gift options from various sources, ensuring a diverse catalog. An integrated chatbot assists users with order placement, tracking, and customer support. Key features include multi-country support, real-time delivery tracking, secure payment processing, rider management system, automated notifications, and comprehensive order management.
